Chef CJ Sable is introducing wild gulf shrimp at the Bearded Clam Waterfront Dining and Tiki Bar.
“This particular type of shrimp is local in that in comes from the Gulf, the taste is slightly sweeter and it has a meatier bite to it” Chef Sable explained.
Patrons come to the Bearded Clam for amazing views and the laid-back atmosphere, but they return for the food. Wild shrimp will be making their appearance in dishes like Shrimp Po’ Boy, Shrimp & Grits and Classic Fried Shrimp Dinners – and of course Peel & Eat. Friday’s are always seafood night and feature all you can eat specials.
